Below is the detailed breakdown of fees associated with launching, migrating, and trading on the platform, ensuring that every stakeholder benefits while promoting ecosystem growth.

## **Launch Fees** <a href="#launch-fees" id="launch-fees"></a>

Launching an AI agent on A(i)gentFi requires a nominal fee to ensure accessibility while maintaining the platform’s sustainability.

* **Launch Fee**:
  * **20 HOLD**
  * This fee covers the platform’s operational costs and supports continuous innovation in AI agent infrastructure.

## **Migration Fees** <a href="#migration-fees" id="migration-fees"></a>

Migration fees apply to projects transitioning from other platforms to A(i)gentFi, ensuring seamless integration and encouraging adoption of the A(i)gentFi ecosystem.

* **Migrate Fee**:
  * **160 HOLD** per migration.
  * This fee exclusively supports the **Fee Treasury**, helping bolster liquidity and sustain long-term operations.

A(i)gentFi imposes a minimal trading fee on every transaction conducted within its ecosystem, ensuring a steady revenue stream for stakeholders.

* **Trading Fee**:
  * **1% on every trade** performed on the platform.
  * This fee structure incentivizes active participation while generating revenue for ecosystem contributors.

## **Trading Fee Allocation:**

* **50% to Holdstation Treasury**
* **25% to k16z Fund**:
  * Supports A(i)gentFi’s strategic growth initiatives, investment in promising AI projects, and continuous platform innovation.
* **25% to HOLD Stakers**:
  * Encourages staking by rewarding HOLD token holders, fostering loyalty, and promoting a thriving staking ecosystem.
